Lydia

Lydia is a film and theatre actor whose passion for performance led her to pursue professional training at Sharjah Performing Arts Academy in the UAE, where she earned a BA in Acting. During her time at the academy, she immersed herself in a wide range of productions and training opportunities, exploring acting, movement, and specially physical theatre. Alongside her performance work, she developed a strong interest in creating original work, culminating in Blank Inside (2024), her first solo piece. Lydia continues to expand her practice through diverse artistic experiences, driven by a commitment to truthful storytelling and meaningful human connection.
